1986-1991年就读于武汉同济医科大学医学系,获临床医学学士学位
1991-1996年在北京中日友好医院内科任住院医师
1996-1999年就读于卫生部北京老年医学研究所,获临床医学硕士学位
1999-2002年在卫生部北京医院内科任主治医师
2002-2007年就读于英国杜伦大学生物学与生物医学系,获生物医学博士学位
2007-2008年在牛津大学结构基因学中心从事博士后研究
2008-2018年在剑桥大学生物化学系从事博士后研究
2018年9月起在上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院任助理教授,研究员  

主要研究内容
病原细菌耐药是一个日益严重的临床问题。细胞膜上的耐药泵是导致细菌多重耐药的重要因素之一,了解这些耐药泵的结构和分子机制可以指导开发封闭这些耐药泵的药物。
周围性和中枢性神经炎症可以改变痛觉神经元的敏感性。在周围性神经炎症中,炎症介质通过作用于一些离子通道,如钠离子通道Nav1.7,  Nav1.8 和  Nav1.9,引起痛觉神经元超敏,导致病人慢性疼痛。本研究组主要应用冷冻电子显微镜和X-射线晶体学,以及其它生物物理方法,辅助以生物化学和分子动态模拟等方法,解析革兰氏阴性病原菌的耐药泵复合物,以及慢性疼痛有关的离子通道的结构,阐述其分子机制,以指导抗菌药和止痛药物的开发。
