课题综合利用交叉学科的优势，集中力量瞄准异常分子网络组装病理问题，如凝聚体异常相关疾病。团队先后与来自Harvard University，Tsinghua University，Univeristy of Michigan，University of Cambridge，上海儿童医院，上海交通大学新华医院等科研或临床团队建立良好的交叉合作。PI过往的科学研究成果发表在Cell, Nat Cell Biol, Cell Res, Mol Cell, Protein Cell, JBC, JMCB杂志上，曾负责与罗氏的Joint Research & Development (联合药物研发)，曾任Boston Capital Investment C. Senior Advisor，曾参与包括单基因遗传病在内的多项Investigator-Initiated Trial（IIT）。
