研究内容:
实验室主要关注染色质调控蛋白的结构基础和发挥功能的分子机制。研究对象包括端粒结合蛋白复合物、组蛋白修饰酶、染色质重塑蛋白复合物等。
研究成果展示
实验室在“端粒结合蛋白复合物”、“表观遗传调控相关蛋白复合物”等领域内深入探究了一系列重要分子的结构基础、底物识别机制、活性调节机制等。主要成果包括: (1)揭示了端粒核心蛋白TIN2及其同源蛋白介导端粒复合物组装的分子机制(Cell Res 2017a, b);
(2)揭示了Bqt4介导端粒和核膜动态作用的分子机制 (Structure 2019; Nucleic Acids Res, 2019);
(3)揭示了MLL家族组蛋白甲基转移酶的活性调控机理(Nature 2016; Nucleic Acids Res 2019)和新型非组蛋白底物(Structure 2020)。
