We use a combination of cryo-EM microscopy, electrophysiology and various biochemical/biophysical tools to investigate the structures, functions and molecular mechanisms of key membrane proteins in nervous system. Our long-term research interests are the following three aspects: 1. How animals sense the physical and chemical stimuli; 2. How membrane proteins regulate in lipid/sugar metabolism in nervous system or neurodegenerative diseases; 3. How membrane proteins mediate the interactions between ER and other membrane systems Research AchievementRepresentative Publications (*First Author, # Corresponding Author)
