课题组简介
研究内容:
本课题组结合分子生物学、细胞生物学、高通量测序、单分子成像等技术解析基因组和表观基因组结构与功能,开发基因组编辑、表观遗传编辑工具,用于疾病治疗。开发T细胞为基础的TCE、体内CAR-T、TIL等手段用于实体瘤的免疫治疗。开发实体瘤靶向的AAV和LNP送系统,实现TCE和免疫调节因子在瘤内的特异性表达;重塑肿瘤免疫微环境,特异性地杀伤肿瘤。在肝癌、肺癌等具有临床应用价值的疾病动物模型中开展安全性和有效性评价。
研究成果展示
主要研究方向是是表观遗传和细胞命运决定、基因编辑、以及细胞与基因治疗。开发了CRISPRainbow, CRISPR-Sirius, EpiGo等一系列基于CRISPR染色质示踪技术,开发了sPE, snPE, SIminiBE, STUminiBE, miniCRa, miniCRi等一系列新型的基因和表观编辑工具。以通讯作者身份在Nature Biotechnology, Nature Methods, Nature Chemical Biology,PNAS, Genome Biology, Nucleic Acid Research, Molecular Therapy等杂志发表一系列科研成果。
