Research Interests:

Multi-omics technologies and data mining, for development of green biotechnology in treatment of solid wastes; fundamental studies in microbial metabolism regulation and biotransformation.

Research Achievement

Isolation and application of functional microorganisms for high temperature aerobic biological reduction of food waste, high temperature composting and fermentation ofagricultural waste, biochemical treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater, as well as saline alkali soil; Molecular analysis of mechanisms of efficient Bioprocessing of organic solid wastes. Over 50 projects have been awarded, including National Natural Science Foundation, national key R & D projects, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, CAS Fujian STS project, more than 120 papers and over 50 patents have been achieved.
