研究内容:
我们课题组致力于使用前沿的质谱技术,并结合细胞生物学、动物模型、化学生物学、生物信息学等交叉学科手段,深入研究脂质代谢在人类疾病中的作用。脂质作为重要的代谢分子,不仅是细胞能量的来源和生物膜的基本组成部分,还作为信号分子参与调控多种生物过程。脂质组学旨在系统性地鉴定和定量细胞、组织或机体中的所有脂质。质谱技术因其高灵敏度、高通量和精准的定量能力,已成为脂质组学研究的核心工具。
我们将重点开展以下几个研究方向: 1. 开发基于质谱的脂质代谢组学分析方法及数据分析工具,提高脂质代谢物的鉴定率和定量的准确度; 2. 将脂质组学与蛋白质组学、转录组学等多组学相结合,探索脂质代谢在神经系统疾病等人类疾病中的作用,力求为疾病的发病机制、诊断与治疗提供理论基础; 3. 研究脂质代谢物的合成、降解及其他代谢通路,为调控体内脂质水平提供新策略。
