研究内容:
T淋巴细胞(简称T细胞)是适应性免疫系统的主要功能细胞,在清除病原体和肿瘤细胞过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。本研究组交叉利用免疫学、生物化学、生物物理学前沿手段,着力于T细胞活性调控的分子机制研究,揭示了T细胞发挥免疫功能的分子基础,并且发展了新的肿瘤免疫治疗方法。
研究成果展示
许琛琦从2009年度开始建立独立课题组研究T细胞生物学。一方面,许琛琦对T细胞表面受体的活化机制做了系统的研究,提出了“膜脂及钙离子静电调控”的新理论。另一方面,许琛琦从胆固醇代谢方面提出了肿瘤免疫治疗新理论和策略,他也发展了一种可以提高细胞的抗肿瘤功能新型CAR-T治疗技术。代表性论文包括Cell 2020, Nature 2018,Nature 2016,Nature 2013等,两项成果入选2016年度中国科学十大进展及以及2016年度和2020年度中国生命科学十大进展,其发明专利已成功进入转化
