课题组简介
研究内容:
(1)综合利用生物化学、蛋白质组学、细胞生物学等研究手段,研究蛋白质相互作用和蛋白质的翻译后修饰对细胞器(线粒体、过氧化物酶体)的功能调控及其分子机制; (2)利用蛋白质工程等手段开发发展新的生物技术工具。
研究成果展示
发展了一种高效的催化标记系统用于研究膜蛋白的相互作用蛋白,并将其应用在细胞器表面的泛素连接酶,研究蛋白的翻译后修饰在细胞器上发生的分子机制,及其对细胞器的功能调控。通过标记细胞器的表面蛋白,一方面能够提高细胞器的纯化效率,另一方面为细胞器表面蛋白的动态变化研究提供有力的工具。
